After analyzing some macros here in the topic, I made my own macro, my personal opinion. How she’s being to you; thanks

Fixed this to be in a box and should now correctly import. My Monk is only 95 and have not played since mid-pandaland… So I have a lot of learning to do and saw this post needed a little help. So…well, i hope it helped :slight_smile:

how well does this preform in raids? an what set up do you usually run with? just asking might try it out a bit later today after I’m done shoveling this god forsaken snow away

when i try to use this macro my mouse goes all crazy for a second. i normally use my mouse to move around so that is rather annoying.

I figured it out.

As of now:
Talents - 3,1,3,1,3,2
Ilvl - 816

DPS avg (max) 340k - (mim) 290k.
goes back and forth for me

I found that this works nicely with 100ms
around 400k at ilvl 827
definitely a nice macro.

nice macro… any chance of an AOE one?

Macro runs well but at times it just hangs up and doesnt want to work. I usually have to reload ui to make it work again. Kinda annoying because it does great when its not hanging.

I just made a monk today and been using this (currently level 30) I think the pause is resource starvations, sometimes manual cast of a heal or w/e seems to get it flowing again

I also think his Talent choices mean that you can choose 1 or 3


1/3, ?, 1/3, 3, ?, 2/3, 2

means


15 talent: 1 or 3 
30 talent: Choose what you want
45 talent: 1 or 3 
60 talent: 3 
75 talent: choose what you want 
90 talent: 2 or 3 
100 talent: 2

I have plenty of energy/resource. The macro stops working at times which sucks.

to first line and zero error and hangs - awesome macro mate

just for testing purpose, 903 ilvl with heavily mistweaver gear , sustained dmg on target dummy 750 k with the peak above 1 mil . looks very good if you aske me . thanks

This macro works great - I’ve used it for raids several times and average around 1.2 million dps on boss fights with ilvl 924 gear. It excels in multi target situations but does hang up from time to time. I added /cast [nochanneling] Tiger Palm to the beginning of the macro and it hasn’t hung up since. Love it!

Hi.Do you add the line /cast [nochanneling] Tiger Palm before “/cast Touch of Death”? Or before “/cast [nochanneling] Rising Sun Kick”?

Hi, I tested first time as dps WW spec as since my monk had been mistweaver (915ilvl with 2 legendary gears) for long time. The gear 895ilvl with 4 bonus Xuen (885ilvl) ran in heroic dungeons and Mythic normal dungeon getting avg 800k dps and burst 1.3M dps. Not bad!

Can you be a little more specific. Do you mean first line as in before

or at some other point? I’m a tad new to modifying the macros :slight_smile:

Never modifiy the Sequence part! :slight_smile:

If you want to you can but only the parts in the quotes after the square brackets. All this will do if change the name of the macro, to something you would like better :slight_smile:

Effectively you can modify any part of the macro but in direct response to your question, it’s the lines between Pre and Post Macro that you want to change.
