anyone here has same problem?
the spell icon keeps changing but never cast, i’ve tried reinstall the addon, and disable all other addons, still not working

Elvui has changed a fixed cvar valor.
Dont use elvui again and follow these instructions.

i dont have EUI , thats why i feel so strange
