Issue with Copying Macros

When I have imported a macro into gs I now see the macro as a text block and an icon of a blue Book. I cannot drag that icon to my bars the same way that I used to be able to.

I have tried both L and R click and drag but neither is working.

Am i doing anything in particular wrong?

You need to create a icon should be a button down the bottom click the macro and then click create icon it should then turn into a red ?
