MODS:

Hold ALT: Eye Beam (Channels)
Hold SHIFT: Sigil of Misery (Drops at cursor)
Hold CTRL: Felblade (Gap closer/Fury generation)

Technical Setup:

Keybinds: Keybind Conflict Check: Ensure that Shift, Ctrl, or Alt combined with your macro key (e.g., Shift + 1) are unbound in the standard WoW Keybind settings. Default binds like Action Page 1 will override this macro.

Targeting Logic: Includes /startattack and /targetenemy. The macro will automatically acquire the nearest healthy target. To stop attacking, stop pressing the macro.

Self-Cast Key: Set your “Self Cast Key” to None or Auto in Options > Combat to prevent Shift/Ctrl interference.

Wowhead.com > Use Fel-Scarred Builds

NOTE: You will need to use Vengeful Retreat and Fel Rush yourself if you use an inertia builds. I recommend Low-Mover for M+

good macro thank u only thing is meta goes off it is better to use wen we like to use it for better dps or that oh shit time thank u thou if i disable the block will it mess macro up ?

work good m8 just didnt no wether disabling meta would mess it up

been using this for raid quite good but some reason ctrl for fel blade stopped working any ideas jacks

I think you need to search for any CRTL keybinds and remove them.
