Key speed for macros

Hi all,

Thank you all for your great macros they have helped me enjoy this game more than I did but you mention key speeds, do I have to have a special keyboard to do this or is there and app/addon to be able to do it, I am sure my wife would love it if I just had to press the key once instead of smashing the keys lo

I have a logitech g502. I use logitech gaming software with it.
