Keybind Hiding somewhere?

I have been using GSE and really happy with it. I am trying to clear a keybind that is bound to mouse wheel up. I deleted it in the UI and can find no reference to it at all in the UI. However, mouse wheel up still triggers the sequence. When I turn off GSE addon it does not work so I know it is hidden somewhere in there.

Is there any place I can look in the config files on the drive to find and get rid of this? Or would a reinstall be better?

did you /reload or exit the game then try it?

I ended up having to edit the keybind-cache file and removing it there too.
