I find a way to fix,

  1. /run GSE_C = nil
  2. /reload
    wish to help

can you tell us what about the keybindings?
do you mean when you tried to set a keybind to a sequence?

issue im having is the macros work but when i use alt shift ctrl any of them they dont work even tho macro has it in them

been having this issue too anytime using a modifier GSE wont run, things i tried, used the GSE troubleshooting option to remove comon keybinds, removed every instance of modifiers from the keybindings, set lock action bars option to none, removed all add-ons apart from GSE and deleted WTF, Addon folders none of this worked what actually worked for me was resetting wow keybinds back to default
