I hope you do not take this the wrong way, but what is your reasoning for that build? The reason that I ask is it will leave you Focus starved, a lot. Any Macro someone makes will have to take that into account, and will require a lot of testing, before we would be willing to share it on here.
Watch this video below first, and if after seeing it, if you can come up with good reasoning for that build: I will try to make one for you, using one of my beta alts to test it on.
