Looking for an updated shadow priest sequence for M+ & raiding

I have try’d every sequence here & none are working really well. Most are pausing for long periods. looking for m+ & raiding sequences

Ive try’d that one & the dps just isn’t there. I started using Kroms SP Archon sequence & so far its preforming better than any others that Ive try’d. I also use a programmable mouse that will fire my sequence none stop when I hit my hotkey so maybe I may be having a sequence timing issue IDK. But thanks for the link

what is the ms you use? 100 or 150 or anything else?

I’m running 100ms after testing for a bit this seem to work best
