Here is my take on Arms Warrior in Mythic+, Season 1 of Midnight.
Basically this sequence is build to handle most of the rotation. I am still testing and improving the sequence, as there are still some issues (see below).
I highly recommend to track Colossal Might stacks using the ingame cooldown manager. This is because you want to have at least 5 stacks of this buff, before going into the big AoE window.
Avatar & Ravager were removed from the main loop and are now separate actions.
Note:
Earlier I didn’t want to have to many different modifiers to think about when using the sequence, but there is no good way to build Rend into the Single-Target Sequence, without becoming Rage starved.
This version now runs much smoother.

LAlt is now Ravager + Avatar (castsequence), same as in the AoE sequence.
Added Help Description to both sequences
Note:
These changes are made so you don’t have to think about too many different modifiers all the time. One could argue that, having Ravager and Avatar in a castsequence doesn’t make much sense single target, but having them both on demand for burst phases seems to make the most sense to me.

Note:
Too many GCDs were used on Rend. This change reduces how often Rend is cast, which reduces the uptime when chain pulling, but improves the overall DPS, as Cleave and other abilities are cast more often.

New Version of both ST and AoE Sequence for using Slayer build
Note:
As of 12.0.5 there were some changes made to Arms Warrior, which could make Slayer a viable option in M+. In the next few weeks I will try and make a new version of the sequence, so you can choose what to play. Currently there are no changes needed for the Colossus AoE sequence, but the ST sequence needs to be improved.
Hey - having fun with the sequence, just wanted to ask how you are using the AoE modifiers? Are you using them all together or when would you use each one? New to Arms Warrior
Basically you want to use Ravager and Avater (Alt) for the biggest pulls, as Ravager buffs your Cleave damage a lot.. (Shift) Colossus Smash, 3x Cleave, Demolish you always want to cast until Demolish is done. In higher keys you can use Shift once or twice per pull.
Heroic Strike is cast more often through a “know:Heroic Strike” macro.
Note:
These changes were made to bring the ST sequence closer to sims.
Furthermore I will not be creating a sequence for Slayer, as I currently don’t have the time make it.

I really want to update the fury macro, but currently I am not really able to - a lot of real life stuff and when I play some keys, I mostly play my monk or the warrior as arms.
