like the title says im looking to only use one charge of shield block. not sure if it is possible but it would be awesome if i could get help creating this macro format. my situation is that i want to always keep one charge of shield block on cd 100% of the time and using the second charge as an oh shi* cool down. please if you can help shed some light let me know
