GSE is maintained for classic and retail. there is no official MoP servers and he has made it very clear GSE will not support private servers.

Exactly what @Leavaris said. @TimothyLuke will not and does not make stuff for Private servers. But if you want to talk to Tim about it, go to his Discord or his Github.
