I am trying to figure out why pretty much every macro i use… No mod keys work… currently on a Spriest one to use mod key for shadow crash… shows shadow crash as next cast but just stutters and never casts at cursor. I have tried going into keybinds and basically deleteing every keybind except main hot bar and still get same issue… Any ideas as to what im missing would be fantastic…

Otherwise, what has worked in the past for me as well is resetting your keybinds to default and remapping without any modifers that you use in the macro. Also check to see if there is a combat condition or something that is preventing it from firing.
