Been tinkering with this for a while to get it to work without locking sometimes doesnt attack the target of mouseover but most of the time works pretty seamlessly, will need to have glyph of savagry and also not hold the mouse over the target too long after attacking as it will just use rake alot, but other than that works nice and does some nice dps. I use a razor naga with a 0.047 delay on repeat macro presses of the macro button.

I find it’s worth having the standard cat form from the spell book in the no stance action bar, and then just put the macro in the cat form action bar and stealth action bar.
