On the first page of this thread you’ll see boxes of green text. It looks random letters, numbers, and symbols. That is the code. Highlight it and press Control C to copy it. In the game type /gs to open gnomesequencer. At the bottom of the gs window you’ll see a button called Import. Click Import. Click on the open import window and press Control V to paste the code you copied. Press Close. Click on the macro you just created and press the Create Icon button. Drag the newly created icon to your bar and you are done.

I have copied and past the green text but the macro doesnt work! I have copied the classic form two days ago from this site and this one works: I have the new version of Gs. What is the problem?

Hi, maybe Ive found out the issue: Gse doesnt translate the “green text” (I have the italian client) while before it translate automatically the classic text. Now Im trying to translate directly in the GSE box and I hope to do it! Anyway maybe someone will succeed to solve this problem! Good game all

If I am using a different talent set up, for example I’m using Killer Instinct and Chimera Shot, are there any changes I need to make to this macro?

I am seeing more KillCommands over 300secs when adding a KillCommand to the two cast sequences

Anyone willing to test to observe the same? I am running at ~23ms ping and 40MS delay on a Mouse

First I would like to say thank you for the macro’s! Keep up the good work for hunters every where.

I was using Gweenbeast macro for the longest time. Tweeked it and modified it here and there for my own personal use. For some reason, I can’t add a [mod:ctrl] Multi-shot to the macro to be able to cast multi-shot for AOE.

/castsequence [mod:ctrl] Multi-Shot; [nomod:ctrl] Cobra Shot, Kill Command, Chimaera Shot

Is this still a command option in the new GS? or am I just doing something wrong?

Hi MATE
When adding mod to the Macro copy and paste this into the keyPress tab
/cast [mod:shift] Multi-Shot

should look like this after

/cast [nopet,nodead] Call Pet 1
/cast [target=focus, exists, nodead],[target=pet, exists, nodead] Misdirection
/cast [mod:shift] Multi-Shot

Dont use it in the main marco tab

Then it should now work when you press shift button

So did a bunch of testing based on various macros here and talents, and they were all within a reasonable range, with the outlier of not being able to test KI on target dummies, and DB only being ~400k ahead of a non-reporting KI.

Going to test further, but need to remove trinkets and other procs, as the dps coming from those now is huge. PPD was 30%+ of my damage in some cases!!!

But I think the biggest difference in the macros and talent comparisons is if any of the macros are delaying Chimera or AMoC, and loosing seconds of dps there.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE: This is my newest Single target and AoE, Animal Companion & Chimaera Shot builds. They much more streamlined and lighter weight then the old ones. With much improved DPS. There are only 2 versions of each macros. I have re-spec my PvP to all passive talents, so no more Viper Sting. As such my PvP rotation is now the same as my default one.

In the next day or two I will do the same simplification of my 2 Dire Beast/ Scent of Blood Builds

Note: The focus on The AoE Build can run a bit low. I am a Blood Elf, so with Arcane Torrent, it is not a big deal for me. If the drain is too much for you: Then just edit out the last Multi-Shot in the two versions. of it.

I thought I tried that, but i guess i didn’t save it or something. After going back and re-adding /cast [mod:shift] Multi-Shot in the pre-macro, It is working great now. Thank You for your help. It may not be as good as an aoe rotation, but it will help with aoe on small packs while just using one macro.

2 things the macros on page 10 (not sure if this message will jump to page 11) are they the same as the ones on page 1 as I assume you up date the original post each time?

Also I use Animal Compainion and Chimaera shot for 3 raid bosses which was good. I then switched to Dire Beast & Chimaera shot which was a massive DPS boost definitely the one I’ll be using most.

The only change I did make was to remove Spirit Shock from the raid profile
