Tried the new version and its great. Fires faster without as many hang ups, does more dps over all in M+ and in a +3 the uptime on IP was 100%. I’ll give it a shot in higher keys later on but this is a huge improvement.
Edit: Also it doesn’t come near to rage capping which is nice.
Thank you! I’m spending a lot of time between Arms, Fury and Prot since I play all 3, but I main Prot for PvE and that’ll be my focus the next few weeks now that I got the Season 1 mount.
Did amazing in a +9 TJS no wipes and only needed to pop Shield wall twice and Last stand once.
Damage 23k over all. Most pulls were 3-5 as I double/triple pulled the first pull and everyone but me died. Was 65k that pull.
Damage taken only 10.04 million.
Healing 13.2k
Over healing was a bit more than twice as much as needed. But it was extremely conservative pulls as it was a pug and again its just a 9 so there is room to increase.
Edit: Got a weapon that was almost a 20 ilvl upgrade so I should see an increase in damage now.
So with Hermit’s version I made 39k overal in a 14 Nokhud. The 2.9 version does not run smoothly

You need more haste probably. Are you running it at 100ms?
I just finished a +9 Ruby and it went very well.
yeah with 5 stacks of into the fray i’m at 40% haste.
this is without into the fray stat but with feast/druid vers buff, shout and buzzing rune(haste wep rune)
also running at 60ms btw

i think unless you have 30% base haste, into the fray is better then heavy repercussions you just need to hold shieldcharge to fill the gaps of shield block downtime
Ok so tested in a normal raid was able to down 5 bosses and got the 6th to 5% but you can’t solo it.
Version 2.9 does purple parses for healing but its grey to blue for damage.
Of course this is due to several things from slight changes in talents and defensive trinkets etc. I also didn’t change stances when off tanking. Later tonight I might make a version that is stripped of defensive’s and switches to battle stance for additional damage during off tanking.
Great macro though I was able to finish off the last couple of percentages on more than one boss.
Now that I’m happy with the macro for its intended purpose, Mythics, I’m open to adding tabs for raid tanking, and off tanking.
I’ve only done LFR so far but will start raiding with my guild this weekend. Thank you for your testing. It’s valuable to me so I can help the community with updates.

I run a vengeance macro so I know what its like. It can get kind of nutty with the amount of different directions people want a macro to go in. I always find it helpful if people post information though as it can help across ilvls and different content.
