Need help with not targeting grove guardians for heal

I use a lazy macro that targets any random player with lifebloom when im busy running or doing something else while healing in pvp.

/targetfriend
/cast Lifebloom

problem is, I use the Grove Guardian talent and when those trees are up, the lifebloom can target them as well. Any way to prevent that?

I cant think of anything that randomizes outside that, but you can always use

/targetoftarget or /cast [@targetoftarget]

if you use this while targeting an enemy to have it be set on the player that are currently being target by your enemy.
