Do someone got a goody working macro for 9.2 NF?

Why this setup? M+ runs and givven rune issues regarding festering wounds.
Im not sure if 4/1 (pestilence pustules) will help but could be great to see.
I have tried to play some with John’s macro but im so lost in macro space…
still im havving death due / festering wound issues
