@cursor is reportedly broken on the Blizz Bug Reports forum, perhaps it applies to all @ macros.

I just learnt that you need to change spec, to Vengeance and then back to Havoc, i hawe done it and now it works.

This is still not fixed. I still need to change specs every time i go thrue a portal or with starting up the game. Its getting a bit annoying

This is something I cant fix. Its a Blizzard fault that affects normal macros as well as GSE for Demon Hunters.
Problem solved !!! bliz fixed it
