The idea is that you put Rune of Power on the floor and spam this macro. Once the Pyroblast! is up then cast Pyroblast. End the rotation with Meteor and then cast Combustion. This should hopefully maximize your DPS.

Note: This macro is only core rotation /w trinkets, cooldowns should be casted manually! Dragon’s Breath as well.
