on the main page of the sequence there’s be a box that says “default version”, make sure you press save when you change it
While playing every tank spec this is not how it feels.
If you have even half decent gear Prot Warri is an absolute tanking machine, it takes almost no damage in relation to the other tanks.
I’ve been tanking to level an alt warrior and made some adjustments to it. 3.1 feels better overall, thunder clap is used on cooldown and IP is up every 6-8 seconds. Revenge will cast on it’s own, but shouldn’t sap your rage.
One of the bosses in my dungeon spams.
I always feel grateful to you.
I am using the continuous revision and can feel the difference.
In 3.1, Ignore Pain uptime and putting thunder clap problem seems to be fixed.
However, due to low usage of Revenge, my DPS dropped by about 70%.
Is there a way to fix this?
I am a spec of 4 set of season 2 and item level 659.
From a fan who always respects you.
does this GSE use Revenge by itself or do you have to do it manually?
3.0 was good so far +10 -11 no issues . Will try 3.1 and keep ya updated if smoother
With the changes to tanking they made it much more difficult to have all 3 have high uptime. I think 3.0 is more in like with what they want tanking to be but 3.1 goes more into defensive than DMG output.
I haven’t found a solution to the lack of rage yet. Still working on it.
I have cleared +10 mechagon also with 3.0 as well.
I have a feeling that 3.0 is better as configured and ignore pain up higher than revenge may not be worth the rage spent keeping it high and starving DPS.
can you post 3.0 wtih talent string ? and where can I find the 3.0 . Sorry very new to this.
Also shouldn’t we manually use ignore pain for tank buster moments? instead of randomly with the GSE
Yes, you would be better casting it yourself, but most of my GSE users like automation, so I try and make it work as best as possible. You can remove the ignore pain from my sequence and have great up time on everything else.
just a word on Ignore Pain vs Revenge for those wondering. You don’t need to pop Ignore Pain as often as you’d think.
Your rage spend and damage output, Demoralising Shout and other abilities all work to keep Ignore Pain active once it has been popped. Revenge being a big contributing element here.
I added another action block containing a Revenge cast after the “castsequence Shield Slam, Revenge” action block. I have 97% uptime on Shield Block and 90% uptime on Ignore Pain, Revenge is my absolute highest DPS ability with almost 1.2 Billion damage from Revenge alone by the end of runs.
iLvl 647
Which version did you use to do that, 3.0 or 3.1? I’ll replicate it for everyone tomorrow. Thank you.
Hi Orb, so i’m admittedly still on an edited version of 2.9, the one you made/enhanced for colossus.
I cast Impending Victory, Thunderous Roar and Shield Charge myself, as well as trinkets. Mod keys are removed but the sequence is otherwise unchanged with the exception of the “castsequence Shield Slam, Revenge” and the Revenge block immediately after that, which are blocks path 1.5 and 1.6 respectively.
If you’d like I can share my export in a DM?
If you could please, and then I can do my tests and make any adjustments for the mass consumption. I really appreciate the help.
I agree with your opinion~
Can you share in detail how you modified it?
Currently, Colossus has issues with aggro and Ignore Pain, but it seems good to increase DPS while having a reasonable uptime.
Thank you for listening to all the fans’ feedback. You are a true producer~
Great macro @Orbalisk version 3.0 perfect for Colossus
With the changes to the Warrior scheduled for March 25, will you still be using Colossus or will the macro migrate to Mountain Thane?
I’ve preferred Mountain Thane since I started playing it, but the meta was Colossus. I hope we can transition from that now. We shall see how it performs.
Did you have chance to implement the changes from DanTheMan_21305 ? They do sound very good indeed, specifically for the revenge spam
