how do u mean setup 
im using a redragon impact gaming mouse with 12 keys on the side. Its set to 100 ms, hold to spam.
Tried 2.6 and 2.8 with the above results, tell me what more info i could give you

Setup as in 2.6, 2.7, or 2.8. Talents and MS. I’ll try to replicate everything on my end. But I see now you tried 2.6 and 2.8. I will try to test
2 min –2.8 version– Overall 12.8 mil
SIM– I guess I’m off quite a bit

What was your DPS output, not the total overall?
its 21.8 mil dmg done. I dont know how the damage done should be but the sim is 83k in my gear and im doing 68k.
if i look above, i do about the same dps as you under your 2.8 beta, the pic, but my damage done is way higher, if that what u did was a 5 min test dont know what ur ilvl or stats are on your warrior.
im gona let u level im wondering what to lvl next, ill keep an eye on this thread, i know you are busy 0./

Always test at 5 minutes. 2 minutes is not enough time.

5 Min run– 2.9 Actual–SpellQ 200–MS 100
I’m assuming I need to raise my MS or something higher to 200
Changing to 200MS gave me this:
time to test out 2.9, once I’ve killed this damn rare, which I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes to spawn …. >_>

Here was my latest test -
88.9k - 100 macro - 200 queue - 60 ping - 5 min / 5 target
Also ran a few others but didn’t take details screenshots.
81.5k - 200 macro - 200 queue - 60 ping - 5 min / 5 target
85.4k - 100 macro - 120 queue - 60 ping - 5 min / 5 target
Not sure if tweaking the macro rate and spell queue is doing anything or its just RNG
