So it’s been a while since I’ve contributed anything. Here’s a blood DK sequence.
I use the 3 button method with my keyboard programmed 1, 2, 3 with a 450ms delay.
Macro on #1, Dancing Rune Weapon #2, Death Strike #3.
#2 and 3 may be redundant as DRW and DS seem to fire off just fine from the macro, but it’s the format I use for other toons so 
Yes, it’s a long delay but after experimenting it seems to work better with my latency (45-50ms) and allows the execution of more commands. Might not be true, but works for me. YMMV.
I ran some dummy tests and as far as DPS goes this method sims closest to what Raidbots says I should be getting (28.9k versus sim of 29.9) so I’m pleased with this.
