Working on an outlaw macro right now, pulling about 9K sustained.
Update - @ 244ilvl opens at about 10K for me, but then drops off to 1.8K which is awful.
Going to use your template and add modifiers once GSE allows it, then repost it here to give you credit, but as of right not it’s only a viable opener, that’s all.

How fast were you firing the macro?
I’m not entirely sure what the deal is, I’m going to take a deep dive into the three macros that are available for outlaw as none of them are parsing remotely close where they should be.
Pulling roughly 2.8K-3.4K using all 3 of the current macros and 7.4K manually. So, you can already see that using the macros isn’t viable at all in that case.
I used a few during the beta and they were doing well but after the patch, they’re not. I’m not sure if it was per a number rework or a GSE issue.
As I said, I’m going to take a deeper look into it earlier and try to find out what the problem is.
