Just updated main post with macro for both PvP and PvE. Now i have different talents for M+ variant so try this out and let me know what you think.

Nicely done but, both of your builds and GSE are wrong cause you have Butchery in the Macro but no on the talnets but changed it so it would match and what is the difference between your pvp and pve cause that is the same talnets you are using?
