Razer Naga macrodelay help

I have a razer naga 2012 with the synapses 2.0 program. trying to figure out how long to set the delay between key strokes. I have the macro set to continually stroke num 1 when held. with no delay the game freezes. at 0.050 it seems like it not hitting it fast enough any help to help my figure this out would be greatly appericated

I actually use 0.05 and it works for me. You may want to try 0.03 which is what I was using before I slowed it down to 0.05. I found some of the more complex macros weren’t firing correctly when I sped it up that fast though.

Of course theres the obvious middle grounds…
0.035
0.040
0.045

good old trial and error will serve you better than any advice I can give you sir.

I find it best to have zero delay. I have had the mouse freeze on me and stop firing with anything other than no delay.

One thing that can happen tho is if you are having game lag when using the mouse with no delay, it is typically a ability that is causing it. Depending on the class and the way the macro is structured it can lag up. I know Charge for a Warrior can cause lag. I guess because it keeps trying to fire and it must send extra information around to see if it can be used, but since you are in melee range it can lag you out. I removed the line and i have no lag.

I have found many other things like this, typically in my tank classes, that will lag out the game for me. Its never my mouse, its always the macro and a ability that is in the macro that is causing the issue.

Perhaps showing me the macro i could determine what the ability is that causing the lag.

could be a ms issue i.e world ms, castsequence reset timer difference. Could also be a rig setup issue. My wifes computer which has a Pentium4 windowsxp interated graphics card couldn’t handle the macro/keyboard setup. Sometimes ingame setup could be a small factor. some fights i’ve had to set the graphics settings to low in order for everything to work as opposed to ultra settings i usually have while soloing. You’d be surprised how small minor things could effect ingame performance  If you have a higher world ms you might want to raise the delay a bit. Best bet is to check out world ms, reset timer resets and tweak the delay a bit. it’s a bit meddlesome, but, if it improves the macro performance it’s worth it. I’d recommend 0.05 to start off.

not sure if i understand you corectly but. below is the macro i use from Chris weber. the curent reset is 0.3 and for my nage i have it set to couintiuly play when button is pressed and i have the delay on the set to 0.025, my world MS is 80 so what your saying is i need to have all 3 of them match up for it to work best?
