I don’t really have a good way of implementing that right now with how I have the macro set up.
did you use the talent builds for ST and AOE recommended on wowhead? I imported those and assigned your script builds to then correctly, but getting a popup errors. Just want to ensure I have the correct talent builds. Thanks for your work on this for everyone.
The talents I used is shared on my main post and is based on murlok.io and raidbots.com (see talent import code) along with how to deal with errors (usually a result of not knowing all the spells that are within gse.)
edit: seems I need to update the troubleshooting section to better explain the errors.

So you are using the same Talent build for both AOE and ST macro’s/GSE builds?
Ya, though primarily because I don’t really have any interest in end game content. However, you’re free to change around the talents if you find something that suits you better. However, you may have to make a few tweaks within gse if you decide to add or remove any learned spells within the talent tree.

Anyone having any problems with this Marco, remove Astral Guidance, it was removed from Shammies.

Thank you great macros as always!!! The ST one feels off like it doesnt cast elemental blast at all somethings feels off and loosing a ton of DPS. I think it would help to have Ascendance and storm elemental as a option in both builds.
All those skills you mentioned are within gse and fire off no problem for me. Might want to double check you did the following:
Otherwise, try reimporting the macro as I decided to export the macros to the main post a second time just to make sure there aren’t any errors the code.
I also tend to run my macros at a speed of about 100ms.

Can you get banned for tying a macro to execute commands at 100ms with your mouse software or whatever ? I just press the button on the keyboard.
I have my mouse programmed to only click the keybound button at 100 ms when I hold down the programmed mouse button. Doing it that way is allowable. However, if you were to program the mouse button as a toggle instead (rapid clicking with nothing physically pressed on your end apart from the toggle button), that is considered botting and is not allowed in WoW. That is the main thing to be careful about if you’re going to program your hardware to be more useful in WoW, or an addon within WoW.

Ok thanks for the information. I finally figured out how to bind it to my mouse with the razer synapse to hold and fire off at 100ms. Thanks for the great macros.

This just spams lighting bolt for aoe it was working with chain lighting, also saying spell not learned after i re imported everything along with the macro’s, didnt change any talents
If you are using the no mod macros remove
/cast Icefury and cast it manually
as its trying to cast a spell you dont know becouse the Icyfury spell is dependeant on other spells before its castable
Hey! Any idea why I’m seeing earthquake cast at my own location instead of my cursor? I saw someone had the same issue awhile ago and I tried your advice that you gave them, “go to game menu/options/combat then in the self cast option select ‘none’ then go back to Auto. This will ensure that the greyed out self cast key option is showing Custom instead of ctrl, alt, or shift Which can cause certain spells to self cast when it isn’t supposed to.”
But I’m still seeing it cast on myself instead of my cursor. Thanks! Love your work!
In the case of Earthquake, this macro is designed for the use of the talent option where Earthquake casts on the enemy you’re targeting, not the talent option where you cast it on the target location.
I am currently using the gse setup as is with the new way gse handles the macros. I wonder if your change to go back to the old way for the macros to be put on your chosen key can be setup to be used with the new gse macro setup? Having those macros in my macro creator in the game takes up space I want for other things, so the change Bliz made to get gse to change works nicely for me.
Is there something I need to know if I use the new gse macro setup instead of the old way with your updated macros?

mport the following code into gse, but do not keybind it. (The /click MACRO_NAME line in the wow macro is what tells the gse macro with the same name: MACRO_NAME to fire off instead of keybinding the gse macro itself) Sorry, I don’t quite understand this sentence. I am using GSE without binding a key. How can I start the macro?
