The video was pretty helpful to watch. Are you manually starting and stopping the macro, or does it only activate on mouse over of the target?

I have it bound to a button on my mouse. As long as I hold that button, it runs the macro. You need a keyboard or mouse that is capable of running macros. For instance, my 1 button in WoW is where I have the macro, and then I use a mmo mouse that will repeatedly hit 1 as long as I hold the button.

Hi Shawshanker,

I have the Corsair programmable keyboard and use IQUE. So, it does the button pushing for me. I like the idea of a mouse instead, allowing me to use the keyboard a bit more efficiently.

how do u make the macro work while just placing over name plate?

in the macro just change it from /cast (spell name ) to /cast @mousover (spell name)

its a good macro all in all tho. i had to go grab Elfs dps string to use ,works rather well
