i got this from the interweb, not mine. I also use it for lvling my mage using frostbolt instead of Wrath.
The macro targets a mob sticks on a Moonfire and hits wrath 5 times. Both reset on new target.

Added in Mark of the Wild buff for the old people like me and it seems to work, if your buff wears out then it will recast then proceed to macro.

If your already buffed then it just runs through the macro.
