has last Tuesday’s buff made any significant diffrence for frost? Do we need a new macro and will it help?
buffs just tweaked the damage of some abilities, macros would be fine, only when Blix change something mechanical wise, like reduce the CD on Runes, adjust resources in a major way or buff/nerf an ability extreme enough that its priority in a rotation, changes.
none of this happened. the only thing you will notice is a DPS increase
