Unholy Dk 5.4 pvp macro need

Please someone would know how to make a macro for unholy pvp 5.4?

I had an old one from 5.2 on one of my notepads (i think) where i pretty much held my own and had alot of survivability and it might still work for 5.4 if it can be updated. I’ll dig around on my computer and see if I still have it and post it on here and see if i still have some of the macros for self healing as well
