As to the original post.
I have tested it and it’s not good, to be honest.
The damage is low, too low to be useful other than levelling.
It’s a clear 300K dps lower than the other macros on here and i never once hit above 515K

Your talents suggestions don’t fully match up with your 100 talent as you have suggested Soul Reaper but your macro uses Defile, you’d be better served using:
/cast [@player] Death and Decay
That way you can use both that and Defile if your talents need to change.
This line too is pointless as it’s the same skill:
“/castsequence [nochanneling] Epidemic, Epidemic, Epidemic”,
That line is the same as using
/cast Epidemic",

No idea on why the [nochanneling] is included since there are no channeled spells used.

Not sure what the aim here is other than to throw in skills that not many use and try to be slightly different to what’s currently on offer.
