So is ther a way to get Lazy macros to work for like 1.12.1 patch?

While it might be possible to do some cast sequence, I do not think that many people would be able to help you on this. As for me, it has been so long that I do not remember much about macros and 1.0.

You are completely wrong.
Tons of sites out there that have 1.12 macros. even castsequence macros, (do in order) macros.
1.12 macros can do everything and more than any other client. patch 2.0 changed (simplified) macros.
You can get whatever lazy macro you want to work with 1.12.1 but GSE won’t work with 1.12.1. It needs things that are only present in WoW Classic
