I have tried all of the macros on this page, and I could not get myself to my SIM DPS
I created a macro today that brought me right to 8.5k

Talents are 2, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 1
I have added a Chaos Bolt and Rain of Fire modifier & added Summon Infernal to the rotation
If you are doing M+ or Raiding and you need more control with your Summon Infernal - I would remove it from the macro so that you can cast when needed
Please note if you have a 4 set, you will want to change your lvl 45 talent to Rain of Chaos (2)
I am running this at 250ms, I am 262ilvl with 3 tier set pieces

im very impressed. only thing i would add is a mod for chaos bolt when there is a few too many shards when swapping targets

what ilvl are you ? my lock is 244 and did 5800 on totem in ardenweld ! no buffs and or food

I am at ilvl 262 - my numbers were also without food or buffs

I have chaos bolt on a separate button - I can definitely add it to the macro and create that for you if you donāt know how!

After Iām off work I could definitely try - would you want it to be all in one? I know implosion and demonbolt can be hard to macro for max dps
I really like your macro! I mainly play M+, so I deleted the Cataclysm line, as I play with Inferno. I also created a copy of your macro for AOE, with Rain of Fire instead of Chaos Bolt. Finally I took the Infernal out of the macro and onto a modifier and added additional modifiers for Havoc and Soul Rot.
So far it seems to work quite well! Did a +12 DoS with some friends, and although I have no idea what I am doing and am only 220 ilvl with low haste and no set bonus or double leggo, I did 5,8k overall.

The best ones i have tried so far usually use a modifier for demonbolt as you only want to be casting when the proc is up. apart from that imp can be autoād i believe.

@Voidberg again a outstanding macro. i was able to shut down my friend who is a Boomkin and always bragging about how he is usually in the top 5 of normal raids. he now pushing 6 or below cuz of me using your macro. lol
