@bonal_lucas
Thank you so much for your time and effort in creating this GSE macro build. I truly appreciate the work you put into it. I’m a disabled veteran and play using only one hand, so tools like this make it possible for me to enjoy classes I’ve always wanted to try—like tanking.
I’ve always been interested in playing a tank, but I’ve found it overwhelming trying to manage movement and button timing. Your macro has really helped lower that barrier for me.
I did notice that the talent import string seems to be outdated or not working, which isn’t a big issue—I just wanted to give you a quick heads-up in case you weren’t aware.
I do have one question. I’m still new to the Monk class and a bit overwhelmed by the different macro and talent options available. Which version of the macro and talent build would you recommend specifically for Mythic+? I’m mainly focused on survivability over damage, and my personal goal is to complete all dungeons at +10 to earn the portals.
Super happy to hear thats its help you despite the disability.
I can guess specially since the monk tank is the class/spec who have by far the most button of the game.
Ty i will check and fix it.
For Mythic + i will recommand this build. I replaced some active like the two defensive spell in the left tree by the passive option instead, its not gonna be a problem on +10 and should made your life easier
This macro contains 1 macro template. This Sequence was exported from GSE 3.2.31.
I can also remove the Chi-Burst and Black Ox Brew and take their passive counterpart if its can make your life easier (Two less button so its help making the gameplay even smoother but its gonna reduce your damage by a bit)
I just tested it tonight on an +10 brew and its worked perfectly fine, if you want to give it a try, and tell me if its work for you.
Also recorded the start of the +10 brew using the sequence so you can see how its work
Wish you a good luck for you objective to clear every +10 this season
Wow. I really appreciate this. I sent you a message with screenshots. For some reason when I copy the gse macro and import. parts of the sequences are corrupted and I’m not able to get it to work. Thank you again
It’s a different gameplay and a different purpose. The one that focuses on the new Ox buff is that build: Wenlo The Ox Build, Mythic + and Raid Build for TWW S3 . You can swap to MoH instead of Shado-Pan for the Ox build if you prefer, but it should be less damage overall once the new 4P is running. The Weapons of Order cooldown reduction of Shado-Pan is really strong, since it makes us proc more Ox in the long run.
Because we don’t want to use that spell or use it as little as possible, mostly at pull for gathering mobs since the energy cost is better spent on Tiger Palm.
Underperforming. You would never use the brews on CD in a macro sequence like that. And a directional like Chi Burst is better kept on a manual button press or a modifier.
And the interaction of Special Delivery and your automated Purifyings and Celestials is a massive damage loss. Special Delivery is also outperformed by Rushing Jade Wind, you get insanely more Stomp proccs from that.
You can play this in delves or open world content, even in normal raids I guess.
Thanks for sharing your sequence!
But it works? @bonal_lucas Made this sequence months ago or with an old version of GSE. Doesnt mean that the sequence doesn’t work. GSE, is a program that helps casting several macros, loops etc. In theory, you could take all the blocks and make them into Macros and have them on 1 2 3 4 and then just remember when to press what. IN theory

I can understand that usually healer in M+ is by far the most difficult role. I’d recommend the meta Ox spec. The one at the end of this article is the one I’m currently using to push, and it works really well. This season is especially good for pushing as a Monk in every role we’re pretty solid in almost any situation, thanks to our amazing tier set bonus and the buffs from Blizzard.
I just added a ‘Raid build’ with a sequence variant. It should also work for M+. Test it and let me know if it works better than the other sequence. I’m going to test it myself in Mythic raid tonight to confirm that it works as intended.
