When I see these in a Macro, what do these mean
Talents = “Talents: 1/2, 3, 1/3, 2, 2, 3, 2”,
Obviously they are what your talents should be but how do you read them?

You have 7 tier of talents with 3 talents each per tier, so in the example that you posted:
Tier1= choose talent1 or talent2
Tier2= choose talent3
Tier3= choose talent1 or talent3
tier4= choose talent2
tier5= choose talent2
tier6= choose talent3
tier7= choose talent2
Edit to include: Also if you see a “?” in there or an “X” it means all 3 talents in that tier are supported and or they make no difference to the macro.
