Some of the available demonology macros are good, but who has the best macro for mythic+ and raiding?
nobody has the best. its all a matter of opinion. macro A will be amazing for some people, but others will say it is the worse. you have to find the one that works best for you and keep using it or tweak it to your liking.

We can’t tell you which one is “best”.
We can’t control your Warlock to have it test all Demo macros on this site while standing in front of a Training Dummy recording three passes at about three minutes apiece then choosing the highest recorded result after testing said macros in different ms speeds (if using an automated keypresser) starting around 250 ms at 10 ms increments.
