Does it still only spam VT?
As i mention above - GSE sometimes get stuck with the KeyPress macro which results in it only spamming VT and to fix that is for you to re-select the target as in clear your target and then target him again.
I havent found a fix to that beside what @Twitch.tv_Shanus86 suggested but i dont get good performance from doing that so i chose to stick with what i have also since its not an issue for me.
But you could try his changes to this macro 
Tried that. Tried clicking off the mob then back on, tried tabbing through different mobs, each mob only gets VT
if you look back at old shadow priest macros the vt spamming issues has been around for along time. Only Real fix is to have seperate macros or keybinds to apply dots. My personal macro only refreshes dots on main target and i have seperate macro to cast dots on adds with mouse over. Ive tried fixing the vt spam with my macro and bottom line is. If castsequence with vt in it is in premacro its sometimes going to spam it

I think that there is an issue in the traslation. As you see I’m from Italy, the modifier is not translated. And Mind Fly is condidered as Smite.
Not sure what do [channelling: spell, same spell]
I found that VT spam is less present if i explicity put in italian the Mind Fly (not the root spell) but maybe it’s just rnd
NOTE: my test was with OP macro not the one just above this post.
Tested: I don’t have any VT Spam also changing every 10 sec the target. Look like it also performs a little bit better in the dummy target.
Its good! is it normal that it casts VT when nothing is available? i sometimes see 3 VT back to back but doesn’t spam nonstop

So wanted to say the ST version is great. Seems to work relatively clean and it includes a lot of the priorities/rotation depending on the talents. I think the only thing I would fit in is maybe an @cursor Shadow Crash for config 2 in AOE (maybe in ST as well)
My question is; since your 190? as the haste gets better you will go through the rotation faster… at what point would you modify this to make sure you arent recasting VT that much? Like lets say when we are ilvl 200/210? My haste is at 19.61%. With a PI and a BL we are looking at 75% haste?
In raid have you (or anyone) parsed and see where you were in terms of the macro?

I personally tweaked it to cast SW:P and VT (because there’s no way I play misery on ST) after the two mind flay, mind flay channel bottom line instead of one mind flay, it seems much better (at 205 ilvl 20% ish baseline haste). Sometimes it’s a bit weird, and you might refresh a bit early. I haven’t tried it in raid yet but on dummy it’s so far so good for the limits of a macro. It still cast Torrent during Voidform which sucks but you can always remove it. I also added @cursor crash and venthyr’s mindgames.

I tried it in a m+ and found that though it doesn’t repeat it sometimes casts the vt/swp in between other casts which isn’t optimum. But it will not repeat. It makes me wonder if the faster MS is to cause of this and why go 20ms?
I use misery generally as it’s easier to get your dots up and rolling and it seems saving a gcd is helpful but I know I’m losing out on execute phase.
Has anyone parsed a raid using this macro?

Well thats why I actually prefer macros @100 ms. I dont get the point of running at anything lower tbh. So I just got done with an M+7 and am generally top on ST and sometimes cleave if I blow all my CDs. At a higher MS I can still cast between the Macro if I need to. I have been running Misery and a modified version of GaGaGhosts to my liking.
Unfortunately it does cast VT spam sometimes between targets if I tab while pressing the macro. I also dont do the macro on toggle and hold it; so have a bit more control.
So this macro (Ill try yours later) fixes the VT spam but its too low MS for my liking, cant cast anything in between and it doesnt always recast in the same order on new target in between tabs.
I’m running it at 20ms ish, I don’t get the point of a 100ms macro when I can just do my normal rotation much more easily with better priorities on kill target, meanwhile a burn ST macro is fine to spam. This macro isn’t mean to be used on anything else but a boss or a priority burn tbf
Well anecdotally I find it smoother play in both M+/Raid @ 100MS. I think anything quicker it seems it skips and diminishing returns on your actual rotation. But to each their own.
