I was having difficulty getting some of the other macro’s to work exactly as I wanted. This is the result I came up with. It’s heavily inspired by the works of @lutechi and Scary Larry in style and build. It’s been working well for me so far but I’m new to Sub. I mostly use it for PVP and War Mode.

They all are correct - import all 3 and use them

You import all of them, you only need to pull the ZE_SUB one to the bar to use. The others get called from the main macro. It’s done this way to help combat the macro length errors. I’m still getting a command unknown “comb” and trying to figure out which one is calling it. But it seems to work and only errors one time when I first log on.

No, just one. The first macro is the one you actually put on your keyboard to use. ST is the button and AoE is the button with shift mashed. The macro works quite well!

hey-- curious
I just got that chains trinket, which is slotted into trinket 1.
Previously I have the Castle Nathria shreikone there, and sometimes I use the pvp ferocity badge.

I did my due diligence 2 weeks ago, and i go thru all your macros and i uncheck all my trinkets such that I can use them on demand.

However, now, when i use the SHIFT to enable the AOE mode, it always activates the chains trinket and will not activate the AOE sequence.

And if I use the single target, it functions normally without activating the chain trinket.

So I tested— I took of the chains trinket and put on both the ferocity trinket and then the shriekwing trinkt, and the macro will function normally without activating the trinket.

Do you know whats going on?

If you open up GSE options and scroll down you’ll see a tab that says “Use first trinket in key release” - make sure it’s not activated as that may be the cause.

and why with only the chains trinket doe sit now allow me to hold shot to ae? while when i have the other trinkets, it does?

slot 13 and 14 are gear slots but they are the trinket slots.

Yo do you also have the problem where the macro just doesnt cast shadowstrike? My macro is litteraly broken, same when i’m using yours haha. I’ve located the problem why it just sists doing nothing while shadow dancing, it’s because it’s not doing any shadowstrike.

Edit: nvm, i had 10ms on my script, that itself broke mine and your macro haha. I’m at 35 and it works now.

I have found that the AOE part of this amazing macro fails when either talent Secret Technique or Shuriken Tornado are selected.

I had to remove that portion of the macro for shift+click to start working again.

I was looking for a good template rogue sub macro to rework for Dragonflight, this one is really nice i think.

Has ST, AOE and Defensive modifiers in one macro which i like a lot.
Makes optimal use of spells which are of the global cooldown in the keyrelease part.
Ideal macro for lazy people i think.
