my ping via wow is about 76~75 ms. i’ve tried 5 times to ping cenariaus with cmd and i keep getting time outs. am i looking good with the single macro? the delay or whatever.

If it timesout on you, go to your CONFIG.wtf file and open that up. Don’t change anything, but you’ll see the server NAT / HTTP address to help you. Make sure you are set to enUS for it to work.

Then try a trace route to that IP, while a trace isn’t as good as a ping a trace will work fine.

So start CMD and type tracert IP of server or tracert us.worldofwarcraft.com

When it reaches the last hop it should tell you how much ping you are hitting that server.

Also to give it a broader spectrum, remove the 5 in the 0.75 and change it to 0.7 that way it has a little leeway on it.

I’m recently facing with an odd issue related to Glaive Toss
This is my single and aoe macro:

Basically Glaive Toss wont cast on cooldown in single target macro, while is working perfectly on aoe macro. The only difference is Serpent Sting.
My ping is 15~18ms and I’m using a Razer Orbweaver with a delay set to 0.080
I have found no workaround so far and I have to use GT manually. Anybody else has got this issue?

Yep I’ve seen the issue. Remove Fervor for A Thrill of the Hunt and it should work a lot better.

I’ve tried to replace Fervor with ToTH, but to be honest I didn’t notice any difference, so I’ve started to tinker with the macro!
What seems to affect GT, are the multiple Arcane Shot entrirs in a row.
Replaced this:
/castsequence reset=5 Arcane Shot,Arcane Shot,Cobra Shot
With:
/castsequence reset=5 Arcane Shot,Cobra Shot

And GT seemed much more responsive!
At this point I wondered the purpose to have ToTH using just one Arcane Shot, so I’ve tried this other combination:

/castsequence reset=5 Cobra Shot,Arcane Shot,Arcane Shot
Which seems to work pretty fine as well.

Everything above make some sense to you or you?

us.worldofwarcraft.com isn’t pingable and can’t preform a tracert on it either. i opened the wtf file and the enus is in there. however there is no ip or any address. just the name of the server i go on a lot and that’s it. i did tracert my realms ip and i’ll show the whole hop i guess. or the last few. the last 2 hops are blank though```

since this i left my resets or whatever @ .7. what do you think guyys? thanks a lot moon for all your help. i was wondering about something. why no dire beast? it uses no focus and gives 5 per hit on enemies. dont we need focus? just curious why you didn't include it.

no one can ping the server itself. it gets blocked once it his Blizzard “home” network.

well that’s the problem huh? well the tracert did the best it could. nowadays i just set the ms to 9 or 8. i jumped between 100, 90, 80, and 70 somehthing ms… it’s such a pain. so now i’ve left the macros at 0.9 sometimes. but the biggest problem is that i am always low on focus. i have to wait 4 seconds or more after a cobra shot to use AMOC on bosses or mini bosses when solo. such a pain. is anyone else having this problem?

I started usuing this macro, and I have been playing since Molten Core level 60 and i have never heard of these one button macros before. These are pretty gnarly, but anyway I wanted find out what a few of the values mean that I cant seem to figure out.

I understand that the 0,0 thing is to prioritize spells, and I also understand that the 0.8 is where my world latency is at, one value I could not figure out is the reset=5 Arcane shot,Cobras shot…what does the reset=5 mean, and should it be changed?

If there is any problems or changes to this I should make please let me know.

I’m curious if this is working fine, I mean kill shot cast on CD with no overlapping issues?

reset=5 it means that line will be reset after you’ve pressed the button 5 times

so if that value resets after 5 button presses, then you cant just spam it, or can you?..

Its my understanding that the reset=5 is that castsequence will reset after 5 seconds.

KS should be top priority and with ES being on a 6th castsequence i doubt it will go off much at all if at all w/o an auto clicker or auto keyboard set real fast.

So…anyone help me, my macro toolkit didnt work with patch 5.4. Please help me or link a new macro tools that i can use for lazymacro

did you recheck the “Load out of date addons” box in the add ons menu?

Hi guys,

it is just me or the focus is runs out too fast after the patch? I know of course the increased focus cost for AS, but after the first 30 sec of fight I’m out of focus. I’m tried to add 1 more cobra shot here:

But I don’t think this is the best way to fix it.

I noticxed the same problem - I think that you have too many cobra shots in there and will have overflow. I was thinking of adding an extra one only to see how that goes and if that doesn’t work I will try this.
