Best Macro for Mage right now please?

Hi All,
I love my mage as i have my teri staff, I am trying to find a good consistent build to use GS on on, I dont mind either fire, arcane or frost but i like to do a good dps but not too mobile with my hands or fingers, any recommendation the best build and macro right now please?
