This is the first pass at the new sequences based on Icy veins rotation. I have been working with the folks on temporarily unavailable, and we are seeing very good results.

Talents are included in the sequences and are recommended for multitarget icy veins. I am pulling about 90% of my old macro on this, so for a first pass, I am very happy. No lockups, auto attacks, summons pets, Hunter’s Mark, auto pet attacks are all included

Directions to reset your GSE if you were using prior versions, note this will remove all of your GSE data so please do a backup first. This will fix the issue with the imports not updating or importing any macros.

  1. Exit WOW
  2. Backup your interface/wtf/Accounts folders
  3. Delete the GSE folders out of the interface
  4. search for all GSE files in interface, wtf and accounts folders deleting all of the of GSE related files
  5. install the new version of GSE
  6. Launch wow as it should now be in a clean state as if you were a new user
  7. Open the text file above
  8. Copy and paste its contents into the import string and touch nothing until you see the imported listed in the chat
  9. you should now be able to see the sequences
  10. Bind the sequences to a keybind using the tool in GSE make sure you click the save button.
  11. Drink some whiskey while you test out the nice mans macro

Had a hell of a time getting anything to load let alone run… I followed the instructions to the letter and it still wouldnt load. I even added a complete reboot in between loading GSE, still no luck, then i did something that worked. I use Curseforge, when I downloaded GSE again i noticed that when you right clicked the installed program the second item from the bottom on the list is Delete Settings (Saved Variables)… so i clicked it and checked “Delete Settings” when it asked me. I restarted wow and it loaded first time after that.

Just another item to try if you are still having issues.

The Macro works great, I don’t raid so my gear level is only around the 500 mark, but i’m getting around the 190-200K mark on ST (sustained after 1 minute) on the dummies and 300-350K on MT

I did notice a few pauses at the start of the rotation, i will play around with that for sure, but great job overall.

Just as a follow up when i originally posted I was using the Icy Veins build, so I loaded your talents and checked that build, with the inclusion of the multishot, massive improvement… I had to go back and redo my numbers lol

Yeah I am not happy with the launch of it, the ramp up time seems high, but that sweet sustained DPS keeps me setting it back, I am still working on it and maybe a ramp up/opener macro might be the answer

I get the messsage that the talents loadout is out of date.

Here’s what I manually loaded from IcyVeins for M+. I’m having problems importing strings generated by IV or WH even. I’m having to manually create these loadouts…

This has been updated to version v0.2 please import the new macro and switch your key binds, this smooths out the ramp-up, increases dps and reduces the need for low ms

cobra shot and arcane shot in aoe rotation ?

I use a priority loop to ensure multi shot fires a lot more than cobra shot, cobra shot is simply a filler/reduction for kill command

cobra shot is not used in aoe rotation

You can easily disable it in the macro. My DPS showed higher when I used it, but your equipment and other choices may show otherwise.

You may have an old macro stuck in there, i would find the files “gse.lau” and “gse.old”… Remove them and store them someplace else as they contain your older macros. restart the game and you should be able to install new macros. be aware that everything that was in gse will now be gone as it is stored the the lau files…
