Having problems getting the macro to work

I used to use GSE years ago but quit WOW when my SO got sick and then passed away 3 years ago. My problem now I will do the same thing I did before and it just does not cycle . What am I doing wrong? Right now playing a BM hunter and a Warlock . Did go through the create macro thing drag and drop like I use to but nothing.
Oh I am 77 years old too with cateracts and glycoma that is why I use GSE
