I love this maco, however, am just now trying it out in Ny’lotha mythic. macro locked up on me at start of 2nd boss. I’ve been reading through this while trying to fight using older macro I had, and am confused. 1) since it locked up and I didn’t lock up, experience lag, etc., is it because there needs to be some sort of loop limit? 2) how does it know which version and can I manually tell it version 2, - where is v2, etc. fairly new to trying to really understand macros and appreciate the help
Hi Gwen it happens to me too. I think it’s got something to do with the addon maybe I close wow and the launcher as well as my ahk scripts and reopen everything and it works again

Hi Autism Cat. So if you look on warcraftlogs.com and see what the top hunters in the world are using that’s what they are using so that’s what I use.

The only thing is that in high ilvl M+ ppl (top 5 on r.io) rather play AotB for some reason. Yet doe my Sim also says KC is better than AotB

Because you want high pet cleave; adds die faster.
In high M+ you prioritize how fast you can kill adds, not like raids where you prioritize how fast you can kill a boss.

This is fantastic. Now I have a better geared hunter - this is absolutely what I was looking for.
ilvl 455: 42.8K sim and it gets me 40.7K - would no doubt be even closer to sim with even higher crit.
95% sim is spot on for me! THANK YOU!

Hey guys,
So I got a super geared hunter ilvl 480 all BiS except for the helm from carpace. Anyways I have decided to try this macro since I am more of a shot caller now and would like to focus less on rotations. Of course I am not getting as much as I used to but its still good. I sim around 115-120k on patchwerk and on single target I used to get close to that mainly 110 range. With this macro im 100. Im wondering is there anyway I can boost it even more. Everyone talks about ms , I have it set to 70. My latency is 15ms and im using a logitech mouse that repeats the key press. Not sure how I can optimize it further.
@Eps some say to play with the same MS as your latency, some say to go 10 over, but the truth is there is no perfect science. You try and try until you find the best for your character (cause yeah it differs from 1 toon to an other. With certain rotations, people seems to have gotten a DPS increase with switching from my 70 to 25. Up to you to find your sweet spot but it takes lots of testing time. Personally I use 35s with all and seems good to me.
