How to use keypress keyrelease macros on a logitech g102?

I last used lazymacros a long time ago.
I normally set a button on an actionbar for my macro and then set a keypress macro on logitech software with a toggle on Mouse4 with 100ms.

Recently I saw those macros with keypress and keyrelease.
How should I configure those on logitech g102 to work correctly?
