im not sure if anything needs to change the priority of spell casting looks like it hasn’t changed for 9.1
The vampiric touch was sticking every time instead of once in a while. I changed the block for vampiric touch to shadow word pain, yes made it same as block before because I dont’ know how the stuff works but have a logical mind… 
Now it works fine other than I have to do Ctrl to get a vampiric touch on.
The macro works with the new gse 3.0?
