misdirect without it. Download and install from:

Talents: Use the Pack Leader build from Icy Veins appropriate to
the encounter you’re doing (raid/M+/AoE/ST):

Wild Thrash is NOT auto-cast — you control AoE manually.

MODIFIER KEYS
(none) - rotation (KC/Cobra alternation + Barbed Shot)
SHIFT - Wild Thrash (tap to refresh Beast Cleave on packs;
press right after Bestial Wrath per the guide)
ALT - BURST: Bestial Wrath + both trinkets
(trinkets fire in combat only, and only on alt
alone - Hunter’s Mark and Intimidation presses
won’t waste them; hold alt for 2-3 presses so
everything lands)
CTRL - Exhilaration (self heal)
CTRL+ALT - Hunter’s Mark
CTRL+SHIFT - Tranquilizing Shot (purge/soothe)
SHIFT+ALT - Intimidation (stun)
CTRL + mouseover a dead ally - Emergency Soul Link (combat rez).
Only fires on an occasional block, so keep
pressing until it casts.

BEHAVIOR NOTES

  • Auto-retargets when your target is dead or missing (fast target
    swaps in keys). It WILL acquire nearby enemies if you spam with
    no target - watch your presses near packs you don’t want.
  • Some combo binds live in only one loop block: hold the modifier
    for a press or two if the ability doesn’t fire immediately.
  • Pet management is automatic: call, revive, mend, and waking pets
    from Play Dead all fire on the utility pulse. Revive is a cast -
    stand still for a moment if your pet is dead.
  • Single target = same key, just don’t press shift.

EDITING NOTES (for whoever maintains this macro)

  • GSE’s spell translator converts “Wake Up” on /cast lines into
    Play Dead (they share a toggle pair). Two working fixes:
    write the line as “/use Wake Up” (the translator leaves /use
    lines alone - preferred, stays readable), or enter the spell
    ID on a /cast line: /cast 210000.
  • Blocks must stay at 255 characters or less; GSE re-adds spaces
    after brackets and semicolons when saving, so count with them.

Just a heads-up, the image you posted is the same one from about 25 days ago, and it actually shows a Survival Hunter, not a Beast Mastery Hunter. You might want to update it so people don’t get confused, especially since the thread is supposed to be focused on BM. Just pointing it out for clarity.

Macro is running pretty good, but in the AOE sequence it fires Beastial Wrath and my trinkets without the alt modifier and applies hunters mark with the block disabled how do we correct this?

I think you may be using the wrong sequence as this one does not use trinkets.
