Go into your WoW settings and find where the setting is for self-cast and set it to none. It’s a known issue that has been discussed before in this thread.
As you can see from the m+ talents, dimessional rift isn’t used in the heavy aoe talents. That’s why the m+ macro was pretty much otherwise unchanged apart from removing channel demonfire.
I chose not to take the manual havoc talent because of my personal playstyle and limitations. But you can feel free to take it and manually press it.
As to rotation, i would suggest checking out the rotation section on wowhead and following the guide on there. That rotation is what I followed in order to make the sequence in the macro.

ANY chance someone could split this for me aoe and ST my hands get very crampy holding down shift and ive tried spliting it myself but it make the macro no longer work.

I split the mythic+ macros into ST and AOE, just make sure you hold your cursor where you want to cast rain of fire when using the AOE one.

should chaos bolt still be used in the AOE?
Also when doing M+, is there a reason why Dimension Bolt is not being used? just wondering
Sometimes when the targets are low (2-3 targets) it is better to use chaos bolt when havoc is up to duplicate the spell instead of using rain of fire.

Yes. The Tier set will not work without Dimensional Bolt

The macro works with the 2-4 set. It just doesnt use dinensional rift for mythic+. Check wowhead, the talents dont include dinensional rift for mythic+.
