I’ve been a long time user of GSE and macros on wowlazymacros and in the past I’ve edited some macros to fit my own play-style but never really attempted to make my own. Since returning to the game mid way through Dragonflight I’ve noticed the limited number of macro creators so I decided to create my own for personal use. This is my attempt at Elemental Shaman, feedback welcomed.
thanks for sharing macro, currently at least for me aoe doesn’t work if i press shift the macro does nothing. I state that I do not like modifiers in macros, I find them very uncomfortable to use. i prefer 2 separate macros singol and aoe. Thank you
Ah yes, I see the issue now, I doubled up on the shift modifier, my mistake. Will correct it now and the aoe should be working correctly. Will just mean going back to manually pressing the opener macro.
you dont need a ‘KeyRelease’ or even a ‘KeyPress’ for the macros to work. That’s simply the name given to the variable down the bottom. But I will check to see if the macro is working.
Like Legon said, you do not NEED a KeyRelease. All this one does is select an enemy so i can cast spells at it. Legion could also name it oiciniv as a variable name and use that in the macro. Dont get confused by the name of a variable.
Updated and changed the shift modifier to click the AOE_TRASH macro while using the ST macro. Also added a combat reset to the ICEFURY sequence. Removed the BOSS OPENER macro as it’s efficiency had too much variation in damage depending on whether not Heroism was cast.
if any one is running any marco under 250 ms ur doing it wrong and increase ur chances of getting banned ur also missing spells cause the click rate will pass things by .
Can you please keep to the topic of my macro I have posted here. If you would like to have a discussion about the risks of using macros with faster speeds please create your own post. Hijacking my thread like this is inappropriate.
@LEGION_MACROS its not totally off topic, since you did put your MS in there, which you should, so ppl dont ask 50 times what you run at. but…
@Kiadarkley if your gonna talk about that subject. you need to not make it sound like your insulting everybody who runs faster than 250ms. you could of just said something like “If your gonna run faster than 250ms, then you run the chance of getting banned” and left it to that. pretty much 75%+ of people that use the macros, run them faster than 250.
