Usage Information

Version 1 uses Modifier for Flurry and Ice Lance, while Version 2 is Experimental Fire off the Procs by itself.

Hi ty for ur effort,

Second version in this macro stoping after first cycle. Cast cancel briliant idea but i think somehow stopped the macro after lunch.

If we talking for first macro ,mod:alt not give enough command for ice lance and sometimes stopped the macro.

Hello Amedra,

I forgot to put in the information to change the speed for the second version if it clips it and cancels the normal ones.

Some people will have different haste so you have to adjust the number after Frostbolt to either higher or lower. Can always use decimals like 0.9 or 1.2 etc.

Regarding Alt and first macro I didn’t understand the comment. If need more Ice Lance, add more after? I read different guides and in some they would recommend ignore Ice Lance and only use one after Flurry, but you can always edit to your preference.

Ty for infos, i’ll try there values for not stuck. And yes u get it right, ice lance not important so more. But it’s important when moving so more in dungeons. I’ll test more and give useful information in time …

The Termal spec (2.2.3.2.1.2.1) 1 Target Rota as followed, FB as long as Flurry procs, cast Flurry (which is instant) followed by 2 Ice lance, start cast again FB until Flurry procs instant (This is the max. DMG spec Raid/Single Target)

Put on a Keybind modifier , put FO, IV, MI and IB

Put IV to the pre marco section, and just build a ohf*ck exec just once startsequence once.

Mirror image, its not worth to cast after the fight begun, doesn’t make too much dmg, it is more a dmg loss if you cast it infight better keep is as a selfcd on keybind.

One exception is 2 or more target staying close close, you include Blizzard into your rota

Multitarget: Same talents, Your opener is FO, followed by Blizzard, and Ice Lance on cooldown. (nothing more, maybe Cone of Cold could be optional but require melee range) AE require also melee range, after 5-6 casts you’re OOM better concentrate on Blizzard, it should be on multitarget on CD

Anyone reason why holding alt does not proc Ice Lance? If I use the Frost Mage Macro " [Frost Is Cold 9.x [High Performance]" Alt, Shift, Control all work as intended, but if I use yours they no longer work. How can I fix this? I’m using GSE 2.6.48

If I remove “nochanneling” alt will work the first time I press it after starting the macro, but then does not work again until I stop the macro and restart it.

Lutechi, can you try out the macro again and see if it works for you?

Under options I cleared my key bindings to make sure that wasn’t the issue. Can you help me understand what Alt Keys, Conrtol Keys options with all the check mark boxes, what is it for?It’s on the same page as the clear key bindings option. What does the “Update macro stubs” button do exactly?

I don’t know if this helps, but I loaded up your Fire Mage Macro All in-one and it works perfect. Maybe this might help understand why frost isn’t working?

Version 2 doesn’t work for me for some reason. Version 1 works, i just hate having to use the mod key since I have no idea when to use flurry, ice lance, or whatever else procs on the screen. Version 2 won’t cast any spells for me at all.
